Membership Requirements

1. Do NOT share your password or login name with anyone. If you do we will notice the 2 different ISP numbers. You will be removed from the site.
2. Once I receive your application to join we will send you a request email for payment with my paypal email. After payment is confirmed. We will then add you to the approved list and send you an email letting you know you have access.
3. Once you become a member (if you have a site) you must have a clickable link or one of my banners some where on your site linking to atouchofpixels.com at all times even after your membership expires. You can find member logos in the member area. You have 1 week to add this. You do NOT have to have a website to be able to join but once you do get one you need to update my files with the site addy and a banner on your site.
4. When you have been admitted to the member area you have forfeited your right to a refund. There is NO exceptions.

Tutorials/Lineart/Doll Bases/Tubes

1. Tutorials/Lineart/Doll bases are copyrighted to A Touch of Pixels. You may not copy them to your site, rewrite them,send them through email, CD, ect.
2. Doll bases can not be offered to other sites for paid or free download. They must be fully clothed for you to offer them.
3. You may create premades, sig tags, websets, linkware, OE Stationery, IM letters,banners ect. You can also make craft patterns,printed paper, recipe cards ect.
All images are 100% original A Touch of Pixels you can say it was drawn by you but you can not claim to have come up with it if asked please point them to this site so they can learn to make their own.
4. Tubes that YOU create you can use for personal use, sell it as sig tags, premades, tube packs,add to your membership area with link back to me,websets ect.
5. Tubes that WE offer for download you can use for personal use or sell them for profit.  IF you use our tubes please do NOT claim it as your work you must tell them where you got the tube to make your signature, websets, stationery etc. You can NOT make profit on our tubes just by selling them by themselves you must add to them.
6. Those that are caught stealing your membership will be revoked
7. If you use tubes from the iddy pixels tube area you must link back to iddypixels.com at all times!
8. To tube OCH outlines you must have a tubing license and display the certificate on your site linked to ATOP

Signatures

1. You are only allowed to request 2 signatures a week they can be for yourself or for a friend
2. No altering our signatures
3. No claiming them as your own work
4. You must link back to atouchofpixels.com at all times of using them
5. Please allow up to 72 hours for them to be delivered to you

By sending in your application you have agreed to my terms whether you read them or not I have the right to refuse entrance and also the right to change terms as needed so please check them often..

If you pay by echeck you will gain access to the member area once your check has cleared. This can take 3 to 4 business days or longer.

But will also accept Money Orders or Checks
If you would like to pay by money order or check please send in the info below and put membership snailmail in the title then we will send you my address. Once money order or check has arrived you will gain access to the member area.
